• Work with a client in developing and preparing an effective financing package to secure sufficient debt and/or equity capital as required by the client.
• Source out requisite debt and equity capital for the renewal of any existing and/or new loan facility and assist with the negotiations.
• Review and restructure any existing loan facilities on the client's behalf.
• Oversee the documentation process and liaise with the client's solicitor to ensure the lender completes the financing in accordance with the negotiated terms and conditions.
