It gives me great pleasure to announce the formation of my new real estate and mortgage brokerage company, Blackstock Realty Corp.

The formation of the company is the continuation of my entrepreneurial spirit, which allows me to utilize my 25-plus years of diversified experience in asset management, development, mortgage financing and real estate sales to offer a full range of informed professional services to address any needs you may have. This hands-on experience and knowledge of all facets of the real estate ownership process has provided me with a unique set of core competencies to offer strategic and innovative solutions yielding the client maximum benefits with minimal costs.

The vision for Blackstock Realty Corp. is to be recognized as a leader in the real estate brokerage field. The mission is to offer results oriented, value-added professional services where confidentiality, dedication and integrity are the guiding principles. I will continue to offer brokerage services to the hospitality sector, while expanding these services into the multi-residential and senior housing sectors, as well as the industrial, office and retail sectors.
