Our disposition services include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee preparation of due diligence package, which may entail the commissioning of requisite reports and studies (environmental, building audit, soils), along with all required legal documentation to give effect to the sale of the property;

• Commission and oversee third party valuation process; 

• Develop with the client the appropriate marketing strategy to ensure a competitive bid environment is achieved with qualified purchasers and oversee the implementation on the client’s behalf;

• Assist with and/or negotiate the Agreement of Purchase and Sale for execution by the client;

• Monitor activities during due diligence review and attend to any concerns and/or objections raised by buyer / seller in a timely matter;

• Maintain communications between buyer and seller to ensure agreed upon time lines are adhered to; and

• Attend at closing to ensure the transaction is completed pursuant to the negotiated terms and conditions of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
